Introduction:
Gurasa is a traditional Hausa food made from flour, butter, milk, and sugar. It’s usually shaped into a flat, round disc and then fried. The final product is somewhat similar to a doughnut, but without a hole in the middle. Gurasa is often eaten for breakfast or as a snack. Does that sound tasty?

Ingredient you’ll need:
2 cups flour
1/2 tbsp yeast
1 tsp baking powder
Fried vegetable oil
Chopped onions
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped cucumber
Yajin karago n yajin zafi
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Sieve flour, add yeast and baking powder, mix it well and add water to make a thick batter. Allow it to rise for 1hr

Step 2
Heat your non-stick pan, put some amount of your batter, spread it. Leave it for 2mins and flip the other side. Do the same with the remaining of your batter

Step 3
Add vegetable oil, chopped vegetables, and your yaji.
